The Foreign Medical Program (FMP) is involved in many
activities to help integrate foreign health care professionals residing in the
State of Florida that (for different reasons) have been unable to validate their professional
licenses into the health care system.
The FMP project providesfinancial assistance to facilitate the exam-taking process, offers courses and
programs that will provide updated materials, provides seminars to keep the
individuals updated on technology, as well as other humanitarian acts.
These
actions include:
- Initiating bills that
will facilitate the exam-taking process for different medical
professionals.
- Creating courses and
programs to update their knowledge
- Providing study
material
- Offering other humanitarian
